Steps
1. Create a simple bar chart
On the Insert tab, in the Charts group, click Bar >> In the 2-D Bar, click Clustered Bar.2. Select the chart columns. It displays the Chart Tools, adding the Design, Layout, and Format tabs.
3. Fill the chart with picture
On the Format, in the Shape Styles group, click Shape Fill >> click Picture.
Browse the picture that you want to fill, and then double-click it.
4. Stack pictures in the bar so that the number of pictures represented the number associated with the bar.
Right-click the column >click Format Data Series > On the Fill tab, in the Picture or texture fill group, Insert from file, Stack and scale with x units / pictureIn this template, i stacked picture in the bar using the option Stack and scale with 5 units / picture.
